The basic premise: How can one of these brands…
…solve one of these social issues?
I designed unique layouts for the reverse of every card using letterforms, shapes, and patterns derived from Cooper Black. (120 total layouts)
I had a ton of fun crafting these wonky designs in Illustrator, doing all the things teachers and CDs tell you never to do: warping type, extruding bezier curves, bending lines, messy overlays, interrupting grids. This was extremely satisfying, creatively.
