Most men don’t get flowers until their funeral. AND THAT’S JUST SAD.
So for Valentine’s Day, we created the Bouquet for Living Men. Available for delivery on DoorDash.
And to sell bouquets for living men, we had a bunch of dead guys sing about how they wish they’d gotten flowers while they were still living.
We partnered with female influencers to help break the age-old stereotype and normalize a new tradition: gifting flowers to men.
On the evening of February 14, we surprised each of the Warriors basketball players flowers, and further amplified the message in coverage on NBC.
To encourage flowers for men, DoorDash offered a 20% discount through DashMart.
So many living men were given their first flowers!
RESULTS
31% increase in sales | 48% increase in flower deliveries | 136k new first-time customers
